nope... it's definately not my regular lunch menu... my usual wont cost more then 6 -___-

It's just that most of my collick went for a workshop, and those ard prefer to slack ard... So I went to take a walk... End up I saw a newly opened salad store... Looks tempting... so I bought it, then head elsewhere to get drinks and dessert... I didn't actually think abt the amount until AV reminded me it's seems expensive...

despite I bought the salad first, luckily it's not watered down even after i walked ard to get the other stuff...

but the dessert is a must right?

Is he still living in the 90's? Factory and lab foods are probably more harmful than anything else that is taken in moderation.

Well not exactly... Dessert is usually saved for days which I'm feeling down and I need to lift up my mood...

unfortunately not all doctors...and even registered dieticians(!!) are quite up to date on current research and findings.

and...a lot of the mainstream research on nutritional matters is funded by the companies that make such processed food products, with predictable results.

well, they're a bad short term solution to a long term problem. we can't keep doing this and not expect the country to implode. this year's elections is going to be interesting. you can already see the PAP intensifying their lying. and theonlinecitizen website has been hacked to death.

don't curse me.

sbst275 SG

talking abt long term vs short term. it seems the govt can't plan things for e long term as in land allocation and sort anymore

you see all e new facilities can't replace e old ones in capacity

sbst275 SG

so it's confirmed, PSA is building a barging terminal at Jurong Island

the Bear SG

damned stoned right now...

trying to get everything done before i get posted out..

i can sense the boss panicking as she searches for some poor sap to replace me.. muahahahaha

anyway, i dunno what the guys in MOE at the HQ are doing.. they should just get the cops, invoke the Penal Code where anyone obstructing the public servant from discharging his duty, when found guilty can be punished with imprisonment of up to 3 months or fined up to $2,500 or both...
